Production process

| The incoming inspection : The delivered onions in Roussel-Lietaer
undergo a thorough incoming inspection. |

| The onions
are cooled before peeling. |

| The peeling : the onions are peeled mechanically, through two lines of peeling. |
|
| The cutting : the onions are cutted through a sophisticated process where quality and hygiene are priority. Peeling and cutting is done in a refrigerated room.

| Packaging : the onions are automatically weighted and packed. Thanks to a new line, all our products can be packed from 100 grams to 25 kg. |

The order: the goods are made ready for each customer in which a last inspection is executed.
The transport : the orders are transported daily to the customers by our own drivers. Our vehicles are equipped with a cooling system in which the temperatures are constantly measured and registrated. So we are sure that our products will reach you in the best conditions possible.
